Is Any Relationship Possible Without Sex?

Can lack of intimacy be the cause for a break-up, and how important is sex actually in a mature, adult relationship?

  1. Sex isn't compulsory and can be deluding. Sex can cloud the relationship and be it's only driving force.most relationships crash when they have nothing to fall back on than after sex,...basic things that should sync the 2 parties, which r mainly defined by individuals. but if one person doesn't want sex... there must be a reason for it. Respecting that is respecting the relationship.

  3. Is any relationship possible without sex? the term "any relationship" seems like a very broad generalization. if what you are refering to is an amourous relationship based on mutual attraction between consenting adults then id say its rather naive to enter this type of relationship and expect sex (or the lack of sex) to not be a major defining factor in the relationship.
. Lets be honest any well adjusted human being desires sex in one form or the other. It is literally our biological purpose to procreate. however men and women vary greatly in their sexual requirements. men usually want more sex sooner than women. this is a fact and its probably not going to change. my personal opinion is that it just makes more sense not to go into this type of relationship if you know you are not ready for sex.
